Perhaps each >side of the game can only use certain programs to come up with their move? i tell you what i'd love to see ,a game played between program at one day per move. each day by noon the operator of program A would have to post his move along with game history ,then by noon the next day operator of program B would have to do the same. you could have several games going at once .the level of play should be extremely strong , but also could show or expose hidden weakness in the different programs .also this would verify or validate if huge increase in processor speeds really make that much difference and which programs get the biggest gains.
