As I asked in the SSDF thread: What about the trick I read somewhere: Those who have played the games are not allowed to publish the results nor the games. So if you give them to me with the according opponent's ratings I am not permitted to publish as I may not have the program and you didn't publish the results and games because you sent them to me via e-mail. Is that OK for you?
