For the Walter-Pilz settings, go to
http://sccs.cjb.net/setup.html
and scroll down to the "Chessmaster 5555" entry.
However, these settings seem to weaken CM 6000.
Didzis Cirulis and myself are currently working on the "CM 6666" settings.
The current two betas looks very promising. We will release the settings once we
have come up with the final version.
As for the book, I'm afraid there is no really good and large book.
And there never will be unless someone comes up with a way to import a large
quality PGN database into the Chessmaster book format. :(
