Your question is a bit hard to answer.  You list the position for black, but say
that white has a hard time with it.  What exactly is the position that gives the
computer trouble?  What was the computer generated move?  What is the correct
move?

From the stated position, crafty would move Rc3 with a score of about -2 pawns.
