I liked the game very much because *I* did not see any real mistakes by white.
[does not mean, of course, that there were not a lot of them -- just none that I
saw] Sure, there could probably have been better choices. But when going over
the game, I thought each of white's moves actually looked pretty good. But
black's advantage grew slowly and steadily -- no giant leaps or spectacular
moves. Just a hunter slowly tracking its prey until it was right on top.
I suppose what is beautiful to me is ugly to another. I positively *DETEST*
those 150 move draws that often come up in computer chess games. To my way of
thinking this is a beautiful computer chess game. Maybe others like those long,
long draws.
Sometimes, computers also play individual brilliant and beautiful moves.
Remember my thread "How deep is your love?"
If you look at that move carefully, the computer chosen move is breathtaking to
me. I would have taken the rook in a heartbeat. Until I looked down the whole
pv, I did not understand why the queen move was chosen. I doubt even if a lot
of GM's would have made that beautiful choice. It was a real stunner to me.
Look at it yourself and see what you would have objectively chosen.
