However, I can tell you how to apply the DEEP settings to any other personality: * Make a copy of the personality you want to modify. * Open it in a hex editor. * Change byte $50 to your desired selective search (I used $20 = 32 for DEEP) and byte $34 to your desired max depth (I used $40 = 64 for DEEP). However, be warned these settings will make CM a lousy Blitz player even on fast machines. --- Shep
