	I am not sure. I have set the 'evaluation' parameters to -10000 and 10000 with
no problem; but values outside the range from 0 to 200 are not recommended by
Bob. I would say the practical upper limit for these is 200.
	The extensions can be set in the range from 0.0 to 1.0; values above 1.0 are
set at 1.0, and values below 0.0 are set to 0.0.
