I have set the 'evaluation' parameters to -10000 and 10000 with no problem; but values outside the range from 0 to 200 are not recommended by Bob. I would say the practical upper limit for these is 200. The extensions can be set in the range from 0.0 to 1.0; values above 1.0 are set at 1.0, and values below 0.0 are set to 0.0. >Will this rc file have an effect on the chessbase versions, or is it for >winboard? > I do not know about chessbase. >With Thanks >Chris Taylor José.
