Well most of the times there is a little hole somewhere at the back side which allows paperclips to enter and do the dirty job. And if nothing works: remove the battery. No guarantee on this kind of tech support however. Jeroen ;-} ps By typing in the name of you Laptop in Altavista I found quite a lot references to suppliers. Maybe an email to them would help out.
