ChessPartner has Lchess 1.0 for java in their page, but I don't think
that they offer it for others use in their homepages, but at least you can link
to their page, or enter in contact  with them.

I was able to download it and use it for privately... The main problem
 is that it doest have an opening book. If it had, it would be quite good.
