If you are referring to a programme that will play speculative chess from what I gather at CCC Chess System Tal 2 is an excellent choice. I personally enjoy Rebel's style of play in that it appears to arrive at a better positional understanding of a game than many of the other programmes. No doubt I'll get a lot of argument on this score but whatever programme you do choose most allow you to manipulate their style of play to a satisfying degree.
