Subject: Searching for a site with cc articles

I had discovered a very good site with a large number of cc articles
available for download. Unfortunately I lost the URL. Funnily I still seem to
remember the number of articles- I'm nearly positive it was 76.

Can anybody help?
PS: I also think it had a black background.
