I've sent them some suggestions and bugs I found in CM, but never expected a reply -- and got none. I suppose that with millions of CM users (presumably) it's almost impossible. Presumably you've explored whatever links and email addresses are available through http://www.chessmaster.com/ (I haven't, exhaustively) --JRM
