Wintop displays the percentage of cpu time spent on each program and any of its
threads. Its handy when playing program vs program to ensure each chess program
is getting its share of the cpu. The location of wintop I believe is at
www.microsoft.com/windows95/downloads/windows/kernaltoysset/win95krnltoys.zip

If you can't find it let me know and I will go to the microsoft site and find
exactly where it is. It took me a long time to find it the first time.

This program is for windows 95 only and is invaluable.
