The location of wintop I believe is at www.microsoft.com/windows95/downloads/windows/kernaltoysset/win95krnltoys.zip If you can't find it let me know and I will go to the microsoft site and find exactly where it is. It took me a long time to find it the first time. This program is for windows 95 only and is invaluable.
