It looks like Robert Hyatt has something vaguely similar in his code:

EVALUATE.H (   60): #define          PAWN_SUPPORTED_PASSED_RANK6          (60)

However, he seems to require that the pawn be guarded by something, or it gets
no bonus.

It appears that I am postulating a much larger bonus towards the end.
