My program values pawn as the following after the 25th move: (for white)

2nd rank: 100
3rd rank: 120
4th rank: 135
5th rank: 155
6th rank: 185
7th rank: 400

I agree with others that this scheme is not a good idea. I only
implemented it because my program currenly has no qsearch; it is
a temporary "fix". The main beneficial effect of this value system
is to prevent the computer from neglecting to push passed pawns
when it has reached a won position. Only in rare cases does it
actually help the program obtain a useful passed pawn.
