I am writing enough design/functional/implementation specifications on my job :-). And to be serious, you can download generator from Bob's site. Among the sources you'll find 2 small text files - one describes how to use it to generate TBs, and second - how to attach probing code to your chess program. If second file contain not enough information, you can e-mail me specific questions. But please, let the questions be specific, not "please explain how it all works".
