The absolutely best choice currently is ChessBase 7.0 together with engines of
your choice (Fritz, Hiarcs, Junior, Nimzo, Crafty, Doctor, Comet, ...)

CB 7.0 allows to run several engines simultaneously, each one in arbitrary
k-best modes.
