You can install Fritz 5.32 without removing Fritz 5.16 from your system. Fritz 5.32 is put in a directory with a different name. If you follow instructions it will be put in a chessbase-directory. Different chessbase engines use system files from the chessbase root. In the Fritz 5.32 package there is also a Fritz 5.00 for use in the 32 bits engine. I don't think you can use Fritz 5.16 engine in the new 32 bits application. Don't forget to download the latest patch from chessbase. Hiarcs will also be placed in a separate directory under c:\...\chessbase, using some shared files from the chessbase folders. Jeroen ;-}
