Yep, we all do expect people to understand American style humer. And I myself almost never use those little smilely face things ":-)" partly because I allways objected to the smilely face buttons that were very big in this country. So allot of the time when people just think I'm being rude (sometimes I am), but I might actually be using humer or sarcasm. But I do expect people to be able to read my mind, so it helps if you can do that. Pete
