Tom Kerrigan's TSCP is available only as source code at:
http://ucsu.Colorado.EDU/~kerrigat/ it's relatively well commented, written in
C. It has no interface but some programs have used it as a starting point, I
think Skaki is one still strongly based on it (a WB engine). Also see the
resources center for programing links (as usual)
