	Thera are big collections of full games. Search for them in the Web Computer
Chess Resource Center (there is a link to it in the main page of the CCC), in
the 'PGN collections' section. From there you can follow the opening moves of as
many games as you want.
	As for 'ending' moves, I do not know if you mean the last moves of some games
or the more traditional meaning of positions with few pieces.

	Not many. Since the 15th century the game of chess is a direct battle and you
can not ignore what your opponent is doing.

	You need two things:
1. A search routine which will produce a search tree from the current position.
2. An evaluation function to give a numerical score the to leaf positions of the
search tree.
	From those two you can select a move to make. For more detailed info, visit
again the Resource Center and follow the 'Programming Methods" section.
