However, it was a revelation to see that it makes almost no difference in closed positions (the few POSxx from LCT 2 I tested showed only 1-2 seconds time difference and no ply difference). Probably we shouldn't underestimate the importance of Max Depth as well. 20 is maybe too small. I don't know what value corresponds to setting it to "Max" (I only found out yesterday that the slider has a "Max" setting :). --- Shep
