When doing engine-engine, would it be okay to turn "Permanent Brain" off, and
then set hash size to ( physical memory / 2 ) ?  Would the two engines be more
effective that way, with a larger hash size to work with on their own turn (but
not calculating speculatively during the other engine's turn) ?
