Note that I never use more than 100 sort files with enormous.  I made the
blocksize way bigger.  I think it didn't even break 60 last time I built it.
When I use my normal book create enormous.pgn 60 5 50, it has no problems at
all.  I would _not_ create a book from that pgn using 999 1 as options, as
there are plenty of really ugly games that I wouldn't want a computer to even
think of following.  :)
