All I can say is that _every_ game I have gone over had at _least_ one tactical mistake in it... and by tactical mistake I mean at least one move where the computer sees that the eval could have gone higher for some other move by a significant margin. IE overlooking the win of a pawn, in addition to accidentally dropping a pawn. I have no doubt that 'perfect games' exist... but I have not yet seen a single one... And while I don't have forever to analyze, I would certainly be willing to analyze one if you think you have such, just to see what I can find with a computer...
