Subject: PGN text file??

Hello,
I am emailing some of my games from ICC to myself in PGN format.  Problem is
this is received as a "text" file even though it may have a "xxxx.pgn" name.
What program is best to read this and convert it to a real "PGN" file?  How is
it most easily done?
