Hello Dan, Thanks for trying to help but I'm still missing something. When I receive the emailed game I usually transfer it to Notepad or something like that and then save it with a "name.pgn". But I can't retrieve this file with Fritz. So how do I load this file into any Chess software I have. ( I have lots). Fritz,Rebel,Hiarcs,Nimzo,Junior, Crafty, CM6K. I have loaded it into Crafty using winboard and crafty immediately starts replaying the game. When Crafty finishes playing I can tell crafty to savea the game and then I can use that file in Fritz. There must be an easy way to load this "PGN" file. Jim Walker
