Al,
I have a Fidelity Elite A/S which needed some minor repairs and I was looking
through the owners manuel for repair information. I noticed that the mailing
address for the old Fidelity Electronics company is the same as the current
address for the Excalibur game company in Florida. I called and asked a rep
from Excalibur about Fidelity and they said that although Fidelity used to be
located there, they are gone and Excalibur does not service Fidelity chess
machines.
Best Regards,
Dave
