Hi Jim,
  I also agree to what you are saying, but where is it going to end? I`am afraid
of the future for chess as time controls get faster & faster. The games will
start becoming so superficial as time controls get faster that it won't be
nearly as enjoyable to analyse the game afterwards, because the game won't have
near the depth or complexities and probaly few if any brilliancies!
  It's too bad that our society is becoming so fast and this is one of the
reasons why all the terrible things are happening today.
