When you go to longer time controls, I think computer chess games lose a ton in
strength.  E.g. a program that plays 3000 blitz is probably only about 2500 at
G/60 and even lower at 40/2.

My guess is 1800 at 40/2.  Of course, a guess has no mathematical relevance
whatsoever.  The only way to know is to play a ton of games against a ton of
opponents.

There are some longer time control games between real human GM's scheduled now,
and the Rebel experiments are providing valuable data.  Eventually, we may have
some sort of a real answer to your questions.  I'm afraid that right now, it's
pretty much all opinion with very little scientific fact.
