Why not ask Mr T himself?

I'm pretty sure that John Stanbeck's SCP was realeased into public domain, but I
have not seen any documents about Tom's program. SCP can be found at:
ftp://caissa.onenet.net/pub/chess/Unix/ very cool little program, somewhat like
TSCP.
