Just tested Hiarcs6 in a DOS box of NT Server 4.0 and Workostation 4.0, both ran Ok. The only drawback seems to be the lack of XMS/EMS, so the hash tables were only 160k. OTOH, if you have a FAT partition, you can use NT 4 multiboot option and reboot in plain DOS and get the max hash size.
