If the position occurs twice, I score it as a draw. Perpetual check is often
hard to find, but in a position like this where there are not many king moves,
the draw can be spotted. My program doesn't see the draw either, even after 11
plies. I changed my extensions a bit, and now I see Kh1 at ply 7, so I am fairly
happy now.
