It works fine in Crafty.  Here is a dopey pathname with spaces and too long, and
I put the 3 piece files only in there so I could tell if it was looking in the
right place.  It works fine.

E:\crafty\Release>SET CRAFTY_TB_PATH=E:/crafty/Release/TB/Ridiculous Stupid
