Sometimes, you >could even have a program score worse but in reality do better. Hi Dan, Just a note about LG2000, I've been running LG now for around 2 weeks on ICC. It is a very interesting program..comes up with some brilliant tactical wins at times especially in comp vs comp. Does not appear to have same contempt for closed positions as Crafty which can lead to trouble against the anti-computer specialists. I must say that LG is not just for tactical analysis anymore...it plays a very tough game of chess. TP
