The nodes per second in M-Chess Pro 8.0 vary, depending upon the number
of pieces on the board and the length of time of the search. I have a
regular Intel Pentium 200MHz with 96MB. From the starting position with
all features activated, in the analysis mode I got the following results:

   elapsed time positions analyzed nps

    60 sec 989,275 16488
   120 sec 2,014,545 16788
   180 sec 3,039,974 16889
   240 sec 4,075,225 16980
   300 sec 5,121,478 17072
   600 sec 10,293,637 17156

In typical middle game positions, I run just under 20k nps. In some
endgame positions, it's 22-23 nps.
