...and maybe Kramnik would never play the Petroff opening again...
I think it is a good idea for Chess. Some time ago I tried this rule in a mixed
tournament (humans and computers) at my web site (Ponti Chess Club:
http://www.geocities.com/Colosseum/Track/7733/index.html). Some people did not
agree - they said computers would win very easily. I think this is true.
Maybe the best idea for CBF...soccer is quite different, isn't it, Paulo? (I
just don't remember how many games France draw in 1998 Fifa World Cup...).
I think with 3 points for a win Kasparov would reach 3000 ELO easily... and
drawmasters such as Kramnik would loose at least 150 points!
