He played it when it was running on the Alpha, and he told me I'd made great improvements, my thing was seeing the same in the 5 0 he played as it had in those 30 0's. I was happy about this until I did the hardware math, and took into account the program running twice in the 30 0 match, and then I realized that the new configuration was about six times faster than the old one. I'd be happy to get another match with him, but he's one of these people like Seirawan who are tactically incredible and *aren't* a computer, so I don't think I'd be taking bets on my program before the match. Typical GM's are impressive enough, but there are only a few like Shirov walking the earth. bruce
