Just a passing thought....
If for example, Hiarcs is cheaper in my country and I happen to be visiting
Australia on a holiday, if I purchase hiarcs from my country on your behalf  and
pass it on to you in Australia, will that be illegal?
(well, I will be in Australia from 19.9.99 to 22.9.99 :)
