Optimizations tips for MS VC++ 0. Let it inline any suitable function 1. Target the P6 instruction set (it still runs on other chips) 2. Use fastcall calling conventions 3. Turn off C++ stuff unless you need it (no RTTI, no C++ exception handling...)
