When you posted that you used the FIDE start ratings, I thought that meant the FIDE seeding ratings (which used the January ratings for some unknown reason). Also, one of the russian chess pages had much a higher rating for Akopian, but that may have been re-calculated due to this match. So, it "appeared" that you were not using the July ratings. One mistake for you. One mistake for me. I like apple pie best when comparing, not orange juice. ;) KarinsDad :)
