I am not sure about it.

I gave it more than 10 minutes for the position after Nxh7 and the evaluation
was only 1.74 pawns for white.

I can prove by a tree that the evaluation is bigger than 3 pawns but the same
may hold for Rab1.

I agree that
1.Nxh7 Kxh7 2.Ra3 Rf2 3.Rxf2 Bxf2 4.Qxf2 Nb6 5.Rh3+ Kg8 6.Rh6
is winning for white and that black has no good alternative.

I gave the initial position to my Fritz5 engine and with 64M hash tables it
found Nxh7 at depth 11 only to go back to Rab1 at depth 12 and with 128M hash it
did not find Nxh7 and prefered Rab1 at depth 11 and 12.

I have not Fritz5.32 but maybe it can also change its mind to Rab1 if it get
more time or more hash tables.
