Subject: Does any program display "not" analysis ?

Often when you go trough a game in a chessbook you'll see a couple of moves
analyzed like this : -not 19.dxe4? when 19...dxe4 20.Bc3 Bb6! wins the white
queen "
  OR

simply " not 22.Rc5 on account of 22...Re8 check

I like this kind of annotation, I believe weaker players benefit a lot from it.
Does anyone know of a program that could generate such annotation having
analyzed a game?
