Don't know if this was what you're referring to, but I mentioned about the same
thing on SCCS.
This was not a tournament game, but a private match played by a friend of mine
in my home. This friend happens to be a strong player (2300+), and it is indeed
possible for a human to win a game every now and then even under these
conditions (30/game, P6-233, PB on).
I should also note the same friend has lost and drawn much more games than won.
:-)
Besides, the aforementioned Hiarcs game was indeed influenced by a dubious
opening line by Hiarcs (no -5.xx, but my friend said it was not a sound
opening). I will post the game as soon as I get clearance.
