Hi Lin, Excalibur Electronics is located where the old Fidelity Co. used to be located in Florida. I called them about servicing an old Elite A/S chess machine and they recommended "Classic Chess & Games" (1-800-634-4692). I haven't contacted this company yet but you might give them a try. I wonder if anyone else in CCC has had experience with this company? Best of Luck, Dave Castle
