By all means, please post the relevent laws that you are claiming would be
broken. Don't like the word 'hacking'? Fine...but don't assume that he's asking
to break the law simply because you don't like the word.

What he seems to be proposing (depending upon how it is executed) seems no more
illegal that making a new data analysis program read Excel files. He seems to be
proposing to make a 'bridge' between CM6K and Winboard (hence Fritz). What about
this idea is so upsetting? Personally I'd love to see it happen. If you think
it's 'illegal', then please tell us which law or contract provision would be
broken.
