 Hi Michel,

It seems to me that many times when you have a post asking for
a deletion there are those who agree and there are others who
disagree with equal fervor. This causes an antagonistic atmosphere
where some take sides and others cry foul. It puts
pressure on the Moderators to make an immediate decision which
under the gun might not be the right one. Cooler heads should prevail
and this sort of discusion should take place through email. IMHO
If an individual feels wronged I suppose there is always as a last
resort an appeal to the CCC group at large through Moderation: posts.
It is a difficult issue as there are two groups split on this issue.
Ideally each should recognize and respect the views of the other.
But unfortunately in the real world this just doesn't happen very often,
 at least not often enough.
