The exact words are "flagrant commercial exhortations". "Exhortation" is a very interesting word in this case. If someone says "for sale: one chicken", that is not an exhortation. If someone goes on and on at length about how great this chicken is, it's the best chicken, it's the last chicken you'll need, and does it all using a lot of caps and exclamation points, to me that is a flagrant exhortation. I think that the intent is to allow people to use CCC as a way to announce products, but not to allow them to announce the same product every day. I don't think any attempt was made to define the limits people could go to to sell their used software. There hasn't been a lot of flea-market stuff like this here ever, much less recently. I suggest that we wait and see if it gets out of hand before deciding that it is a problem. I wish he'd kept it to one post though. bruce
