I remember this game as originally being posted as you say,with Rebel as
white and Jaquez as black but the organizer of this tournament posted
the corrected pgn shortly after the tournament was concluded. I forget
his name but be posts here in CCC from time to time.

Check out Mark Rawlings recent post. He finds a draw for Jaquez on later
in the game with 44. a4 ! So the initial move Bxe4 looks like it
would have salvaged a draw in the end for the wily human player.
