Dont know if you have a mouse, but there is a way to control the mouse pointer.
Indeed full functions. I guess it is on windows 98 in accesability functions,
you can turn the numeric keypad into a mouse. I know one gentleman who cant use
his arms, and has to use sticky keys function and the numeric keypad.
Look in control panel, and then check the functions in Accesability Options!!
I hope this is included in W98 cus it is in W95
